Repairs & MaintenanceWhether it be through age deteriation, inferior quality/workmanship or vandalism/abuse, SkateCon have an unrivalled level of skill and experience to carry out minor or major repairs and maintenance works to most manufacturers conventional skate parks and the associated equipment to an equivalent or superior standard from that of the original.
With highly experienced staff and fully equipped site vehicles with our custom made repair materials, SkateCon can offers a rapid response, emergency repairs and other services including: • Complete riding surface rejuvenation • Localised impact, vandalism or fire damage repairs • Structural failure rectification works (subject to inspection and evaluation) • General overhaul/refurbishment • Concrete grinding • Supply and application of anti graffiti coatings • Coping repairs & upgrades SkateCon also offers a complete consulting and auditing service for skate park managers who are not sure what is required to keep the facility in a safe condition or who wish to allocate or apply for funds in the future for upgrades or repairs.
Equipment UpgradesSkateCon can carry out (subject to evaluation) general onsite upgrades including full substrate concrete surface regrinding, exstensions to existing facilities, on-site welding, installation of fencing and/or other steel work and installation of infrastructure.
Equipment RelocationShould it be necessary to consider temporary or permanent removal of equipment from an existing skate park facility for reasons such as base repair or unexpected site redevelopment, SkateCon can facilitate the removal, storage or relocation of the ramps etc.
Preventative Maintenance ContractsSkateCon offers preventative maintenance inspection contracts and fixed term maintenance contracts on a minimum 12 month term with options to have the inspections undertaken quarterly, half yearly or annually.
This service ensures you have a professionally managed regime in place for your facility, with the added benefit of monor preventative repairs and maintenancebeing carried out at the time of inspection. The emphasis is on proactive works being carried out rather than reactive works which can become costly and are usually undertaken when things become dangerous. These contracts include written inspection reports with recommendations, risk assessment and photo's if required and/or action taken. |
